Returns and Refunds
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged. Just let us know and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred. When processing refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
